Maintenance Operations Coordinator

• Position: Maintenance Operations Coordinator

• Reporting: Works with the Manager of Maintenance Operations or delegate to ensure adherence to procedures and policies during aircraft maintenance.

• Essential Responsibilities:

- Maintain company base aircraft per Company Manual, FARs, and Part 135 regulations.

- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and required inspections of company aircraft.

- Audit return to service paperwork and maintenance tracking updates.

- Monitor and update Maintenance Tracking Programs.

- Audit maintenance, inspection, and repair for proper scope, qualified personnel, tools, and equipment.

- Perform other assigned duties.

• Qualifications:

- High School Diploma/GED.

- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required.

- Related Part 135 experience preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

- Reliable, motivated, and capable of independent work.
