Global 6500 Client Aviation Manager

• Position: Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KOXC airport.

• Responsibilities:

- Supervise personnel for compliance with company and FAA policies.

- Monitor personnel appearance and conduct.

- Maintain records of Solairus Aviation memorandums.

- Coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel.

- Develop scheduling procedures for aircraft.

- Approve Personal Time Off (PTO) for staff.

- Conduct personnel meetings for activity coordination and problem-solving.

- Approve expense accounts and participate in the hiring process.

- Notify Client Responsible Officer regarding operational needs.

- Submit reports as per Operations Manuals.

- Maintain Training Currency and Monthly Flight Time Records for crew.

- Ensure timely submission of training records and operations data.

- Promote customer goodwill and uphold business reputation.

- Actively participate in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.

• Qualifications:

- Minimum 3000 flight hours, including specific hour requirements for PIC, MEL, and Instrument Time.

- Management background with proven leadership skills.

- Preferred NBAA CAM certification and experience in training flight operations personnel.

- Budget development and management experience.

- College degree or advanced non-flight training.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Must be on-call and able to relocate within 2 hours of KOXC.
