Line & Ramp Services Agent

• Position: Line and Ramp Agent involved in airport operations, responsible for aircraft, crews, and passenger support with an emphasis on safety, precision, and customer service.

• Location: On-site at a concierge-style Fixed Based Operator (FBO) in Bedford, MA, emphasizing exceptional service and smooth flight operations.

• Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, basic English skills (B1 or above).

- Preferred mechanical and ramp experience, flexible working hours, strong customer service focus.

• Main Responsibilities:

- Overseeing aircraft ground operations and providing customer assistance with luggage and amenities.

- Maintaining facilities to high safety and cleanliness standards while supporting a safety-first culture.

• Day-to-Day Tasks: Include ramp operations, porter services, aircraft movements, operating ground support equipment, and adhering to safety standards.

• Work Schedule: Dynamic hours, with the initial assignment on the 3rd shift (10 pm - 6 am) after a 6-month training period on day shift.

• Compensation: $20 - 22 per hour, potential annual salary of $41,000 - $45,000 plus performance bonuses up to 5%.
