- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate; 2 years aviation maintenance experience or 4 years of related experience, including 2 years on mid/large aircraft.

• Position Purpose: Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures with minimal supervision.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications.

- Collaborate with various departments for compliance with FAA standards.

- Train less experienced technicians and follow safety regulations.

- Implement Lean initiatives for workspace efficiency.

- Utilize a material tracking system for parts demand and labor tracking.
