• Position Mission: The Director of Maintenance (DOM) oversees aircraft maintenance and program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.

• Essential Job Functions:

- Maintain aircraft airworthiness and compliance with manufacturers and FAA standards.

- Ensure adequate staffing and training for maintenance personnel.

- Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and the FAA.

- Manage essential documentation and maintenance records.

- Provide budget and cost analyses for maintenance operations.

• Required Qualifications: FAA qualifications under 14 CFR, 10 years of progressive maintenance experience, A&P Certificate, knowledge of relevant regulations, and capability to travel.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with turbine aircraft, maintenance tracking systems, and coordination with repair stations and vendors.

• Leadership Skills: Strong management skills, ability to develop maintenance manuals, and interface with FAA inspectors.

• Work Hours: Full-time exempt position, requiring after-hours availability and travel.

• Compensation: Salary range of $190K - $200K, with a competitive benefits package.
