BOS/BED AOG Aircraft Maintenance Technician

• Position: Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) A&P Technician for Velocity Maintenance

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in aircraft maintenance

• Location: Based in BOS/BED with local/regional travel required

• Schedule: 7&7, must be flexible and on-call

• Responsibilities:

- Perform AOG maintenance on various corporate and general aviation aircraft

- Ensure compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, and maintenance manuals

- Accurately complete maintenance paperwork and reports

- Identify and document discrepancies, taking corrective actions

- Demonstrate proficiency in Velocity work order system

• Required Experience with Aircraft Types: Embraer Phenom 100 & 300, King Airs, Beechjet 400XP, Hawker 800/900, Dassault Falcon, Gulfstreams, Bombardier Global 5000/6000, Bombardier Challenger 350/650

• Qualifications:

- Airframe and Powerplant License required

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work at heights (up to 40 feet) and in confined spaces

- Capability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform various physical tasks

• Non-Physical Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexibility to travel for repairs, regardless of weather conditions
