• The Captain holds command over the flight crew, passengers, and cargo, ensuring the safe conduct of flights.

• Responsibilities include compliance with MGM Resorts International policies and final authority under FAR 91.3 for safe aircraft operation.

• Daily tasks involve maintaining safety culture, directing flight crew activities, and ensuring aircraft airworthiness.

• The Captain prepares flight plans considering altitude, weather, and logistics, and ensures all operational procedures are followed.

• Must report FAA violations and ensure proper passenger briefings and cargo safety.

• Requires 3+ years of relevant experience, 3000 hours of flight time, and experience with large-cabin aircraft.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with qualifications in company aircraft and experience in VVIP settings.
