Challenger 350 Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for the KSYR airport to lead a flight department.

• Essential Responsibilities:

- Supervise personnel compliance with Solairus and FAA policies.

- Monitor staff appearance and conduct to maintain high standards.

- Maintain current records of Solairus memorandums.

- Coordinate crew and maintenance training schedules.

- Develop scheduling procedures for efficient aircraft management.

- Approve schedules for Personal Time Off (PTO) for personnel.

- Communicate aircraft schedule changes to flight coordinators.

- Conduct meetings to coordinate personnel activities and promote goodwill.

- Participate in personnel interviews and submit required reports.

- Maintain training currency and flight time records for crewmembers.

- Ensure timely submission of operational data and records.

- Promote customer goodwill through quality service and professionalism.

- Engage in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.

• Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3000 flight hours, including specific requirements (PIC, MEL, Turbo Jet).

- Management skills and exceptional leadership experience necessary.

- Preferred NBAA CAM certification and training in flight operations.

- Interpersonal skills to facilitate coordination and problem-solving.

- Experience in implementing industry best practices in flight operations.

- First-class medical certification required; on-call availability necessary.

- Must be willing to relocate within 2 hours of KSYR.
