Flight Operations Supervisor

• Flexjet is hiring a Flight Operations Supervisor in Cleveland, OH, to manage daily operations of over 270 aircraft and support over 1,600 pilots.

• Responsibilities include managing line crewmembers, reviewing aircraft performance, and supporting various departments as a technical resource.

• Engage in proactive flight operations management, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Supervisory duties involve conducting crew interviews, monitoring training and performance, and resolving complaints.

• Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or aviation, 2-4 years of aviation experience, and ATP pilot certification.

• Strong knowledge of FAR's regarding Part 91, 121, or 135 operations and familiarity with company-specific SOPs is mandatory.

• Essential skills include excellent communication, problem resolution, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, are required.
