Corporate Flight Attendant

• Position: Full-Time Flight Attendant for MassMutual's multi-aircraft Part 91 operation at Bradley International Airport (BDL).

• Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional personal service to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

- Conducting safety briefings and preparing food and beverages.

- Assisting in flight operations and notifying the Pilot-in-Command of emergencies.

- Planning menus, accommodating dietary restrictions, and ensuring food safety.

- Maintaining the aircraft cabin and performing safety actions during emergencies.

- Completing necessary preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork.

• Minimum qualifications:

- 1+ years of relevant flight attendant experience.

- High school diploma or GED.

- Unrestricted global travel ability.

- US work authorization without future sponsorship.

- First aid and CPR certification.

- Physical capability to lift 25-30 pounds repeatedly.

• Ideal qualifications:

- Knowledge of FAA regulations and strong organizational skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

- Preferably has flight attendant training and emergency medical response training.

- Familiarity with culinary arts and technology (computers and smartphones).
