Gulfstream G550 Maintenance Technician

• The Maintenance Technician ensures aircraft maintenance adherence to Solairus Aviation’s policies and airworthiness standards.

• Responsibilities include routine maintenance tracking, scheduling, and completion of maintenance events, with financial oversight on maintenance costs.

• Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Client Aviation Manager (CAM).

• Essential duties involve:

- Maintaining a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.

- Implementing maintenance standards per Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.

- Completing maintenance logs and ensuring availability of necessary tools and materials.

- Coordinating maintenance activities with management.

- Inspecting work done by contract maintenance agencies.

- Developing maintenance-related budgets and approving expenditures.

- Managing additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Qualifications require a valid A&P Certificate and a minimum of 7 years in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.

• Preferred recent experience in Gulfstream G550 within the last 24 months.

• Candidates should be willing to relocate within one hour of KSJC.
