Aviation Program Specialist

• Full-time position for Aviation Program Specialist 2 located in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Responsibilities include providing technical customer support related to transport category aircraft performance and weight & balance activities.

• Main point of contact for customer inquiries and management of aircraft configurations and performance questions.

• Essential functions include escalating customer needs, managing project communications, resolving customer issues, and delivering technical support.

• Requires proficiency in aircraft performance products, leading testing and deployment, and contributing to technical writing.

• Strong project management skills are needed to manage schedules, risk, and customer relationships.

• Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or related field, 1 year of industry experience, and operational knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).

• Desired qualifications include a Private Pilot’s License and experience in Airline or Charter Operations, among others.
