• Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead a flight department.

• Qualifications include a total of 3000 flight hours, management experience, and a strong background in leadership.

• Preferred qualifications include NBAA CAM certification, flight operations training experience, and budget management skills.

• A college degree or advanced training is also desirable, along with strong interpersonal communication skills.

• The position requires first-class medical certification and the ability to work on an on-call basis, with an annual ICAO training requirement.

• Salary ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 depending on various factors, including experience and job duties.
