Falcon 7X Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to supervise a flight department at KBED airport.

• The candidate must be a team player focused on excellence, ensuring client travel needs are met with safety and professionalism.

• Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising personnel compliance with Solairus and FAA policies.

- Monitoring staff appearance and conduct.

- Maintaining a record of Solairus Aviation memorandums.

- Coordinating training for crew and maintenance personnel.

- Developing efficient aircraft scheduling procedures with clients.

- Approving Personal Time Off (PTO) for personnel.

- Conducting personnel meetings to enhance communication and goodwill.

- Participating in the hiring process for operational staff.

- Submitting reports per Operations Manuals and keeping manuals updated.

- Ensuring training records and medical data are promptly submitted.

- Promoting customer goodwill through high-quality service.

- Engaging in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.

• Required qualifications include:

- Total flight time of 3000 hours, with specific hour requirements in areas like PIC and Turbo Jet.

- Preferred qualifications include NBAA CAM certification and management experience.

- Strong communication skills and a commitment to industry best practices in flight operations.

- Must possess a first-class medical and ability to work on-call; relocation within 2 hours of KBED is necessary.

• Salary range for Solairus crewmembers varies from $50,000 to $500,000 based on experience, location, and responsibilities.
