Flight Tracking Specialist

• The Flight Tracking Specialist oversees daily flight operations, ensuring accurate status updates on all flight activities.

• Acts as a key contact for the day's flight schedule, collaborating with crew and owner service specialists for logistics.

• Works with supervisors to address operational issues and maintains awareness of weather and traffic management initiatives affecting schedules.

• Additional responsibilities include analyzing crew duty days and other tasks assigned by management.

• Required education includes an Associate degree or equivalent experience in aviation/logistics; 1-3 years preferred.

• Knowledge of FAA regulations and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company-specific software are beneficial.

• Candidates should be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must demonstrate strong work ethics and integrity, capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.

• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary, and the role requires onsite presence at the Global Command Center.
