Assistant Project Manager

• Flightstar is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for aircraft maintenance and modification projects at its FAA Part 145 Repair Station in Savoy, IL (KCMI).

• This entry-level role offers starting pay between $32–35 per hour and is ideal for those aspiring to a career in corporate aviation project management.

• Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the planning and execution of aircraft projects.

- Tracking project schedules and key milestones.

- Coordinating between clients, maintenance teams, and vendors.

- Assisting with documentation and compliance records.

- Participating in maintenance meetings and following up on actions.

- Supporting cost tracking and invoicing.

• Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
