• Candidates must have a thorough understanding of FAA regulations and 14 CFR Part 145, experience in aircraft maintenance and inspection, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Required qualifications include A&P certification with preferred Inspection Authorization (IA) and experience in corporate aviation or general aviation maintenance.
