• Executive Jet Management is hiring for a Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Gulfstream 500 based in Boca Raton, FL, supporting a three-pilot account.

• The PIC is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operations while providing exceptional service.

• Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory flight crewing and trip assignments.

- Completing flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks.

- Leading operational briefings using Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology.

- Conducting pre-flight checks and monitoring aircraft ground servicing.

- Providing passenger briefings and ensuring high levels of customer service.

- Utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for effective communication.

• Maintenance of proficiency through required training and reporting of safety concerns is essential.

• Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in aviation, an FAA Type rating, and specific flight time requirements totaling 3500 hours.
