Gulfstream G650ER Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to oversee flight operations at KBNA airport.

• Candidates must exemplify teamwork and performance excellence, aligning with Solairus’ culture of service, safety, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and regulatory policies.

- Monitor staff appearance, conduct, and maintain training records.

- Coordinate crew and maintenance training and manage scheduling procedures.

- Conduct personnel meetings, approve expense accounts, and participate in the hiring process.

- Maintain communication with the Client Responsible Officer on operational and personnel issues.

- Engage in safety management systems and promote customer goodwill.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time, with specific hours in various categories (PIC, MEL, Turbo Jet).

- Management experience and leadership skills are essential; NBAA CAM certification preferred.

- Required interpersonal communication skills for effective coordination.

- Must complete ICAO training annually and be able to work on-call.

- Must be within 2 hours of KBNA location.

Compensation:

- Salary ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 based on various factors, including experience and job duties.
