Pilot Captain

• Join The Coca‑Cola Company as an International Captain, focusing on aviation excellence and global operations.

• Responsible for the safe and compliant operation of company aircraft, reporting to the Chief Pilot.

• Must adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and lead Safety Management System (SMS) practices.

• Key responsibilities include compliance with standards, engaging in risk mitigation, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Required skills: senior-level leadership, strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and ability to handle complex operational challenges.

• Minimum qualifications include an unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate, First-Class Medical Certificate, and documented PIC experience in international operations.

• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of international aviation experience, and 3,000 hours of flight time.

• Pay range is $255,564 - $309,968, with additional medical and financial benefits and an annual incentive of 30%.
