Falcon 900 Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to oversee a flight department at KTEB airport.

• The candidate must be a collaborative team player focused on excellence in performance.

• Responsibilities include supervising personnel for compliance with policies and regulations, monitoring staff appearance and conduct, and maintaining up-to-date records of company memorandums.

• The CAM will coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel, develop scheduling procedures for efficient aircraft management, and manage Personal Time Off (PTO) for staff.

• Regular updates to the flight coordinator regarding schedule changes and hosting meetings with personnel to address issues and promote goodwill are also required.

• The role involves expense account approval, participating in interviews for new staff, and advising the Client Responsible Officer on significant operational matters.

• The CAM must maintain training records, ensure timely submission of operational data, and promote high-quality customer service and company reputation.

• Active participation in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives is essential.

• Required flight qualifications: total 3000 hours, 1500 hours PIC, 1500 hours MEL, 500 hours MEL PIC, 500 hours in Turbo Jet, and 250 hours instrument time.
