• Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and coordinating flight operations globally while considering routing, weather, payload, and operational constraints.

- Building comprehensive flight planning packages and documents for flight crews.

- Coordinating with flight support providers and partners for pre-flight requirements.

- Organizing ground services such as fuel arrangements, catering, and crew accommodation.

- Obtaining and managing overflight and landing permits, and coordinating airport slots for flight clearance.

- Acting as a main contact for sales and operational partners during the pre-flight phase.

• Job requirements include:

- Previous experience in flight dispatch or operations in business aviation.

- Understanding of international flight planning and pre-flight processes.
