Crew Support Specialist

• Position: Crew Support Specialist in business aviation, supporting 600+ pilots and crew members.

• Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, hybrid schedule (3-4 days on-site) at Teterboro, NJ or Scottsdale, AZ.

• Salary: TEB hourly rate $31.25-$40.86 ($65,000-$85,000/year + 5% bonus); SDL hourly rate $25.48-$31.73 ($53,000-$66,000/year + 5% bonus).

• Minimum Requirements:

- Vocational/technical training or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience.

- Proven ability to instruct and train; strong communication skills; self-motivated; detail-oriented.

• Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain records for PRIA program and manage Drug and Alcohol programs.

- Oversee ID badge requirements and conduct background checks for new hires.

- Manage pilot records and training programs per FAA and company regulations.

- Ensure data accuracy within flight operations systems and external databases.

- Schedule training events and collaborate with contract training providers.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and perform additional duties as required.
