Crew Support Specialist

• Job Title: Crew Support Specialist

• Role: Support for 600+ pilots and crew in regulatory compliance and training.

• Work Environment: Hybrid schedule; 3-4 days in the office (Teterboro, NJ or Scottsdale, AZ).

• Salary:

- TEB: $31.25 - $40.86 hourly ($65,000 - $85,000 annually) + performance bonus up to 5%.

- SDL: $25.48 - $31.73 hourly ($53,000 - $66,000 annually) + performance bonus up to 5%.

• Minimum Requirements:

- Vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.

- 2-4 years of professional experience.

- Strong communication, service orientation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain records for PRIA program, adherence to Drug and Alcohol programs, and oversee ID badge requirements.

- Manage Criminal History Background Check for new hires and coordinate onboarding.

- Maintain pilot records and manage training programs based on FAA regulations.

- Ensure data accuracy in flight operations systems and manage Customs Master Crew List.

- Schedule training for crewmembers and collaborate with training providers.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and perform additional duties as required.
