Flight Management Representative

• Position: Flight Management Representative in private aviation.

• Schedule: Full-time, five 8-hour shifts per week, requiring working one weekend day; possible schedules include Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.

• Salary: $36 - $44 hourly ($76,000 - $92,000 annually), with regional adjustments.

• Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, familiarity with ultra-high net worth individuals, and knowledge of the private aviation sector.

• Responsibilities:

- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international client trips.

- Prepare itineraries, manage client communications, and handle high-volume emails.

- Collaborate with crews, maintenance, and operations to ensure safety and compliance.

- Manage scheduling challenges and cater client needs.

- Ensure seamless communication and documentation for flight details.
