Flight Operations Specialist-FT

• Job Type: Full-Time with flexible hours, including after-hours and weekend coverage.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate aircraft sourcing and logistics for smooth client experiences.

- Develop expertise in aircraft pricing and sourcing.

- Build relationships with aircraft operators for contract negotiations and pricing.

- Manage flight schedules and maintain communication with clients and operators.

- Collaborate with sales and management for updates and reports.

- Ensure confidentiality of client and proprietary information.

- Meet monthly goals for flight coordination and margins.

- Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate client needs.

• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; exceptional communication skills.

- Familiarity with FAA Part 135 operations is beneficial.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- FAA Pilot's License preferred but not mandatory.

• Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour, with performance-based incentives.
