• Ensures safety and security standards are upheld across all operations, partnering with Station Managers on Emergency Response Plans.

• Leads service delivery, establishing service standards in alignment with Key Performance Indicators and managing auxiliary services.

• Coordinates operational meetings and sets SMART goals for performance areas while ensuring accountability and compliance.

• Responsible for expanding cargo operations and anticipating future service needs while maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.

• Develops relationships with procurement teams and regional Ground Handling Agents, focusing on efficiency and collaboration.

• Manages regional budgets, ensuring compliance with contract provisions and financial forecasts.
