Cabin Services Supervisor

• Oversee cleaning functions for commercial aircraft, including basic and deep cleaning.

• Mentor and train agents and leads, ensuring proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Maintain and prepare cleaning equipment, ensuring protective clothing is worn.

• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and disinfecting all aircraft areas.

• Manage replacement of blankets and pillows based on customer requests.

• Ensure soiled linens are placed into laundry bins and cleaning supplies are stored correctly.

• Organize daily work assignments, including breaks and lunch schedules.

• Communicate daily staffing needs to management and liaise with airline representatives.

• Report issues such as delays, injuries, and conduct daily document filing.

• Conduct security searches and audits, adhering to uniform standards and company policies.

• Promote a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and enforcing a Substance Misuse Policy.

• Qualifications include being 18+, valid US driver’s license, ability to pass drug testing, and physical requirements.

• Must be comfortable lifting 70 lbs and available for varied shifts, including weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior supervisory or cleaning experience is preferred.
