• Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at BED airport.

• The CAM will monitor appearance, dress code, and conduct of staff.

• Coordination of crew and maintenance training with training contractors is essential.

• They will manage maintenance tests, training flights not in the regular schedule, and develop efficient scheduling procedures.

• The role involves approving PTO for personnel and updating on schedule changes.

• Conducting meetings to address issues and enhance employee goodwill is key.

• The CAM will approve expense accounts and participate in interviews for new personnel.

• Soliciting Client Responsible Officer input on substantive operational matters is necessary.

• Submission of reports in accordance with Operations Manuals is required.

• Responsibilities also include revising manuals, maintaining flight time records, and submitting training records.

• The CAM promotes customer goodwill and the company’s image and actively engages in Safety Management System initiatives.
