Airline General Manager

• Position: Airline Ground Handling General Manager at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

• Essential duties involve maintaining safety compliance, addressing issues, ensuring cost control, establishing community relations, and coordinating vendor functions.

• Manage employee evaluations, training, and recognition programs, while maintaining customer service standards.

• Requires three years of supervisory/management experience in the airline industry and a high school diploma (college preferred).

• Must acquire various certifications including Complaint Resolution Official and Ground Security Coordinator within the probationary period.

• Physical demands include lifting 70-pound suitcases and performing various physical tasks.
