Runway Desk Support Specialist 1

• Position: Full-time Runway Desk Support Specialist located in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Responsibilities include:

- Collecting and analyzing aeronautical data.

- Monitoring and implementing safety critical changes in a worldwide airport database.

- Analyzing NOTAMs and airport/runway data; filtering information for pilots.

- Conducting runway analysis for emergency scenarios and maintaining a runway database.

- Providing after-hours support and joining customer teleconference bridges.

- Ensuring data integrity and quality standards.

- Collaborating with aviation authorities and resolving customer issues.

- Performing routine data entry and verification tasks.

• Work Schedule: 4/10 schedule, Wednesdays to Saturdays, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum GPA of 3.0.

- Proficiency in PC applications and Windows OS; strong communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in the aerospace/aviation industry (e.g., Private Pilot, Air Traffic Controller).

- Understanding of aeronautical navigation data and Instrument Flight Rules.
