Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) for the KMCO airport.

• The candidate must be a team player, striving for excellence in performance.

• Responsibilities include:

- Supervising personnel for compliance with Solairus, FAA, and other regulations.

- Monitoring personnel appearance and conduct.

- Maintaining records of corporate memorandums.

- Coordinating crew and maintenance training.

- Developing efficient aircraft scheduling procedures.

- Approving time off and expense accounts for team members.

- Conducting meetings for coordination and problem-solving.

- Participating in the hiring process for operational personnel.

- Submitting operational reports to the Client Responsible Officer.

- Revising manuals and publications related to aircraft.

- Keeping updated training and flight time records for crew members.

- Ensuring timely submission of operational data as required.

• The role promotes customer goodwill and enhances company reputation.

• Participation in the Safety Management System (SMS) and familiarity with its procedures is required.

• Qualifications include total flying time of 3000 hours, with specified pilot-in-command (PIC) hours and instrument time.
