Fixed Wing Pilot

• Position: Fixed Wing Pilot

• Location: San Antonio, TX

• Aircraft: King Air 200

• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off

• Salary Range: $111,589.14 - $122,748.06 annually

• Contract: 12-18 month training contract required based on certifications

• Incentives:

- Annual salary increases up to $156,224 based on merit

- $15,000 sign-on bonus (upon completion of training and check ride)

- $40,000 retention bonus (with 6-month waiting period, over 3 years)

- Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance

• Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) responsible for safe flight conduct

- Ensure aircraft readiness for missions

- Adhere to operational manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

- Attend required meetings and training as needed

• Minimum Qualifications:

- Must reside or relocate to San Antonio, TX

- BE-200PL21 and C-90 PIC qualifications

- 2500 total hours, 500 multi-engine hours, 100 hours in type

- Hold or be eligible for a First-Class Medical Certificate

- Valid US Passport

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Working Conditions:

- Outdoor weather conditions, day/night shifts

- May involve de-icing, towing aircraft, and patient handling

• Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand, climb, lift up to 150 pounds, and have specific vision capabilities

• Reports To: Base Lead Pilot, Chief Pilot, Director of Operations
