Falcon 7X Maintenance Supervisor

• The Solairus Aviation Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance on assigned aircraft and ensures compliance with airworthiness standards.

• Responsibilities include routine maintenance tracking, long-term planning, scheduling, financial management, and reporting to the Director of Maintenance and/or Client Aviation Manager (CAM).

• Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and have at least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations.

• Implements maintenance standards per Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies, and coordinates training requirements.

• Develops budgets for maintenance expenses, supervises maintenance personnel, and ensures quality maintenance.

• Maintains accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.

• Liaises with the FAA and conducts internal audits of tool calibration and material control.

• Recent experience in Falcon 7X is required, along with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
