Citation Sovereign+ Client Aviation Manager

• Solairus Aviation seeks a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) at KBLM airport.

• Candidates must exhibit teamwork and excellence in performance while adhering to Solairus' culture of service, safety, and integrity.

• Essential Responsibilities:

- Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and other manuals.

- Monitor staff appearance, conduct, and uphold high standards.

- Maintain documentation and coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel.

- Develop procedures for reliable aircraft scheduling.

- Approve PTO and update scheduling changes with flight coordinators.

- Conduct meetings for coordination and goodwill among personnel.

- Manage expense accounts and participate in personnel interviews.

- Liaise with the Client Responsible Officer on operational issues.

- Ensure the submission of operational data and maintain training records.

- Uphold customer service quality and promote the Solairus image.

- Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives.

• Qualifications:

- Minimum 3000 flight hours, including 1500 as PIC and 500 in Turbo Jet.

- Management background with strong leadership skills required.

- NBAA CAM certification preferred; experience in flight operations training is important.

- Experience in budget development and management.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Commitment to best practices in flight operations.

- First-class medical certification needed; on-call availability required.

- Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KBLM.

• Salary Range: $50,000 to $500,000 based on experience, job duties, and geographic area.
