Instructor Pilot

• Flexjet, a leader in private aviation, seeks an Instructor Pilot to enhance training experiences for its employees and Owners.

• The role requires travel and involves delivering pilot training courses and conducting proficiency evaluations for pilots.

• Position is based at the CAE Training Center in Lake Nona, Florida.

• Key responsibilities include:

- Simulator flight training and classroom instruction for Flexjet pilots.

- Development of courseware and training materials.

- Supporting the certification of training curriculums for various training devices.

- Facilitating initial and recurrent pilot training adhering to company standards.

- Ensuring training procedures reflect operational standards and regulations.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on regulatory issues affecting flight operations.

- Promoting teamwork, integrity, and safety within the training department.

- Maintaining clear communication with colleagues and superiors.

• Education & Experience requirements:

- FAA ATP with type rating in at least one Company fleet aircraft.

- At least one year of experience as a Flexjet pilot preferred.

• Required skills include:

- Travel readiness and strong interpersonal skills.

- Competence in assessing and providing feedback on pilot performance.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as CAMP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
