Senior Manager

Position: Senior Manager of Flight Operations responsible for domestic and international FAR Part 91 operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of planners and dispatchers.
• Oversee flight operations: scheduling, maintenance, crew and passenger logistics, compliance with aviation regulations.
• Prepare and review flight packages, including plans, briefings, NOTAMs, and performance data.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks (e.g., weather, crew fatigue).
• Make real-time decisions regarding equipment and routing.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• FAA Dispatcher License or ATP; 10+ years in aviation operations, 7 years in corporate aviation operations, 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA, TSA, and OSHA regulations, and safety management systems.
• Proven experience in team management and performance development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed for flight schedules.
