XLS/XLS+ Floater - PIC

• Position available: Pilot in Command (PIC) for Citation XLS/XLS+, Full-Time Floater.

• Candidates can be based anywhere, given access to airports.

• The PIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and ensures safe operation of aircraft per Federal Aviation Regulations.

• Minimum requirements include:

- 3500 total flight hours

- 2000 hours in PIC role

- 250 hours in Citation XLS/XLS+ type

- 1500 multi-engine hours

- 500 multi-engine PIC hours

- 500 turbine hours

- 300 instrument hours

• Essential job functions include managing duty times, communicating standby assignments, maintaining flight bag tools, and ensuring current navigation charts and certifications.

• Other requirements involve:

- Preferred 142 training within the last 24 months

- U.S. driver's license and work eligibility

- Current passport and ATP certification

- 1st Class Medical certificate and FCC Restricted Radio License

- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and FAA Pilot Record Database review.

• Compensation ranges from $145,000 to $200,000, depending on location and experience, alongside a benefits package including insurance and a 401(k) match.
