Guardian Flight – Fixed Wing Pilot (PC-12)

Location: Bishop, CA

Schedule: 14 On / 14 Off

Salary: $106,836 – $117,633

Incentives:

• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $40,000 retention bonus (3-year program)

Role:

Fly PC-12 aircraft for medical transport, day/night. Ensure aircraft readiness, safety, documentation, and effective communication with dispatch and medical teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Commercial ASEL
• 2,500 total hours
• 2,000 fixed-wing hours
• 1,000 PIC
• 500 XC, 100 night, 75 instrument (50 actual)
• First or Second Class Medical
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to obtain ATP within 5 years
• Medevac or cargo experience preferred

Physical/Work Conditions:

Work in all weather, day/night shifts, de-icing, hangar movement. Must lift up to 150 lbs with assistance.
