Challenger 300 - PIC

Jet Linx is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command for its Super Midsize fleet. The PIC ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while upholding the highest professional and safety standards. Candidates must live within a 2-hour call-out radius of the base.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3,500 total hours | 2,000 PIC | 1,500 Jet | 1,000 Turbine
• 250 PIC in Type | 300 Instrument | 500 Multi-Engine PIC
• ATP (or ability to obtain), 1st Class Medical, FCC Radio License
• Recent 142 training in type (preferred)
• Valid passport & U.S. work eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe, compliant flight operations under FAA and company standards
• Manage flight, duty, and rest periods per regulations
• Maintain EFB, manuals, and navigational materials
• Communicate effectively with operations and clients

Compensation & Benefits:

• $160,000 – $245,000 annually, based on experience and location
