Overview:

Lockton Flight Operations seeks a professional Flight Attendant to deliver exceptional in-flight service while upholding the highest safety standards. The role supports a Part 91 IS-BAO-registered business aviation team dedicated to safety, service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, safe, and seamless in-flight service
• Collaborate with flight crew on trip planning and execution
• Plan menus, source catering, prepare and serve meals/beverages
• Maintain cabin cleanliness, readiness, and supply inventory
• Conduct safety briefings and manage in-flight emergencies if needed
• Participate in pre/post-flight briefings and departmental projects
• Uphold company safety, service, and ethical standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business aviation or related field
• Must live (or relocate) within 1 hour of Kansas City metro
• Flexible schedule; available for on-call and after-hours operations

Preferred:

• Prior corporate flight attendant experience or formal aviation training
• Culinary training or relevant hospitality experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with aviation manuals, SMS programs, and digital tools
