Requirements:

• Valid EASA ATPL
• Language proficiency level 5+
• EMB170/190 type rating (current)
• Class 1 medical certificate
• Minimum 1000 flight hours total
• 300 hours on type
• 500 hours on multi-pilot aircraft

Documents to Submit:

• Copy of valid license
• Copy of valid medical certificate
• Last 10 pages of logbook (signed & stamped)
