Flight Attendant

Westair Aviation Ltd., based at Shannon Airport, Ireland has a vacancy for a Corporate Flight Attendant.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering world-class safety, service, and hospitality onboard a Gulfstream aircraft (e.g., G500/G650/G700), ensuring an elite experience for VIP passengers. The role involves overseeing the full inflight experience and ensuring the cabin operates seamlessly, with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight details, catering, and service standards with the flight crew and ground operations.
• Prepare aircraft cabin and galley for departure, including:
• Inventory management and provisioning.
• Use of CMS (Cabin Management System) for lighting, temperature, and entertainment control.
• Ensuring cabin cleanliness and layout matches luxury standards
• Conduct VIP-level inflight service, including:
• Customized fine dining, plating, and wine/beverage service.
• Use of high-end tableware, linens, and presentation techniques.
• Cabin walkthroughs for comfort, privacy, and proactive service.
• Ensure strict adherence to EASA safety standards.
• Manage entertainment and connectivity systems for passenger use.
• Provide a calm and reassuring presence during turbulence or irregular operations.
• Conduct cabin reset and deep clean according to SOPs.
• Debrief with crew, submit reports (e.g., catering feedback, service logs, incident reports).
• Replenish and organize aircraft for next sector or positioning leg.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in VIP or corporate aviation, ideally on Gulfstream aircraft.
• Background in first-class or luxury hospitality strongly preferred.
• International flying and long-haul experience essential.
