Position: Corporate Flight Attendant

Summary

Corporate Flight Attendant responsible for cabin safety and service on P&G’s business aircraft. Ensures passenger safety, delivers VIP-level service, manages catering, commissary, cleanliness, and cabin organization. Supports safety management system and takes lead in emergencies.

Key Duties

• Primary: Passenger safety; Secondary: Service & comfort
• Cabin prep: stock, clean, restock galley and supplies
• Caterer liaison & food handling
• Emergency readiness: evacuations, medical equipment, safety training
• Manage commissary, bedding, and inventory
• Troubleshoot in-flight connectivity systems
• Assist with new aircraft outfitting and continuous improvement feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Valid U.S. passport
• Corporate Flight Attendant formal training (FlightSafety/FACTS or equivalent)
• 5+ years business aviation experience
• Knowledge: cabin safety, catering, customer service, emergency procedures
• Skills: decision-making, leadership, communication, teamwork
• Physical: lift up to 60 lbs; flexible schedule for long/international trips

Compensation

• Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000/year
• Plus bonus potential & P&G benefits (health, retirement, etc.)
• Salary dependent on location, credentials, and experience
