Position: Pilot in Command – Challenger 300/350

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (within 2-hour call-out preferred)

Type: Full-Time, Part 91/135 Operations

Summary

The PIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Challenger 300/350 flights, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 3,500 hrs
• PIC Time: 2,000 hrs (including 250 hrs in type)
• Multi-Engine: 1,000 hrs (500 PIC)
• Turbine: 1,000 hrs (all PIC)
• Jet: 1,500 hrs (500 PIC)
• Instrument: 300 hrs
• ATP, First Class Medical, FCC Radio License
• Current Passport; unrestricted travel to EU, Canada, Caribbean
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass FAA Pilot Records Database review, drug/alcohol testing

Preferred

• Recurrent 142 training in type (last 24 months)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000 – $245,000 (varies by location, aircraft, experience)
