Pilatus PC12 - Fixed Wing Pilot

Position: Fixed Wing Pilot – Pilatus PC-12

Location: Bishop, CA

Schedule: 14 On / 14 Off

Salary: ~$107,000 – $118,000/year

Incentives:

• $15,000 sign-on bonus (after training/check ride)
• $40,000 retention bonus (3-year program, 6-month wait)

• No training contract

Minimum Requirements:

• Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL)
• FAA First/Second Class Medical
• 2,500 total flight hours
• 2,000 fixed wing hours
• 1,000 PIC hours
• 500 cross country hours
• 100 night hours
• 75 instrument (50 actual)
• Driver’s license, ATP within 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Safe transport of patients with medical team
• Ensure aircraft readiness & compliance with FAR/company manuals
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Communicate with dispatch, crews, facilities
• Uphold high safety and professional standards

Working Conditions / Physical Demands:

• Outdoor work in varying weather
• Night/day/overnight shifts
• Assist with de-icing, towing, prepping aircraft
• Lift up to 150 lbs with assistance
