Fixed Wing Pilot – Caravan 208

Location: Dillingham, Alaska

Schedule: 15 days on / 15 days off

Salary: $120,771 – $132,977 annually

Incentives: $15,000 sign-on bonus, $40,000 retention bonus (3-year program), up to $3,000 relocation assistance, company-paid housing, ATP-CTP training, no training contract.

Responsibilities: Provide safe air medical transport with a professional medical team, ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with FAA/company standards, maintain records, communicate with dispatch/crews, complete shift handoffs, and uphold safety/service standards.

Requirements: FAA Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land, First/Second Class Medical, 2,500 total hours (2,000 fixed wing, 1,000 PIC, 500 cross-country, 500 multi-engine, 100 night, 75 instrument/50 actual), valid driver’s license, ATP within 5 years.

Working conditions: Outdoor operations, variable shifts (day/night/overnight), may assist with de-icing, towing, hangar operations, and loading patients. Must lift/move up to 150 lbs with assistance.
