How to add credit using a promotional voucher?

Here’s how to add credit to your NVOII account using a promotional voucher or gift card:

1. Open the NVOII app and tap the double lines icon in the top left corner.

2. In the bottom left corner, tap on the Settings option.

3. Then, tap on the Payments option.

4. Tap on Add Payment Method or Redeem Gift Card to add a credit or debit card.

5. Then, tap on the Gift Card option.

6. On the following page, enter your promo code or gift card number and tap the Continue button.
