How do I report a Client/Operator?

To report a client/operator, follow these steps:

1. From the NVOII dashboard, go to My Trips.

2. Tap on the trip you want to report. 

3. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner. 

4. From the upcoming menu, choose the Report option.

5. Now, select the reason for reporting the operator and tap the Submit button to continue.
